Customers purchased and received of products from Fotocharlie Sdn. Bhd. implying that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions posted here and in our outlet.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All sales are considered final. (Goods sold are not returnable /refundable)
- Fotocharlie Sdn. Bhd ‘s warranty policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions of the products distributor/suppliers.
- Original receipt is required for any and all warranty and return issues regardless if the product is registered on-line. Please kindly retain the original receipt for future references.
- Only certain products with manufacturer’s defect are entitled to a ONE-TO-ONE exchange on special occasion specified by the manufacturer (subjected to availability of stock / colour) if:
a. The product has an actual manufacturer defect.
b. The packaging and all its original content (including any software and manual) is complete, in good and re-sellable condition.
c. The product is accompanied with the original receipt, within three (3) days of the purchase date. - A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase prices or minimum of RM10, whichever is higher, will be levied on the product exchanges, meeting all conditions in ITEM (4) above, with the exception of those products with proven manufacturers’ defect.
- Fotocharlie Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right not to serve or service any PC/ Notebook/ Handphone/ PDA/ BESTA/ GPS devices with non-authorized or illegal software installation / modifications.
- Unless in writing, no ‘implied’ product: performance, condition, warranty or guarantee will be honoured.
- Fotocharlie San. Bhd. reserves the right to refuse any exchange of merchandise in line with existing store policies.
- For all digital /analog media(s) purchased, Fotocharlie Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible for the reliability/ consistency of the media. Fotocharlie San. Bhd. shall not be held responsible in whole or part, if should the media malfunction during or after the recording/ saving /reading / taping process whereby causing all data to be corrupted, lost or erased.
- Deposit paid by customer for ordering specific item will be held by 60 days only, After 60 days period, the deposit will be forfeited if customer didn’t turn-up and collect the item ordered or reserved for them.
- Fotocharlie Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to changes the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
- For any home appliances which requires in-door services drilling / fitting /wiring & all other modification of structures for installation purposes will be subjected to Fotocharlie’s contractor charges unless stated otherwise during the point of purchase
